The water cooler features an electronic refrigeration system that keeps your water at the perfect temperature. It comes with three taps for hot, cold and warm water and a hot-cold water on/off switch for easy use. Safety is assured with a child-lock function to prevent children from tampering with the cooler as well as protection from over-current, overheating, electric shocks and drying up. Instead of lifting a heavy water bottle, the water cooler features a bottom-loading design, preventing strain on your knees and arms. Not least, the cooler comes with a detachable water guide plate that enables the cooler to use either a Devanti water purifier container or any bottled water. Our warehouse is not open to the public and pick up is not available. However we offer free shipping on the majority of our items to almost anywhere in Australia. We are working with Allied Express, Australia Post, Fastway, and Toll to provide the most efficient delivery and service at a reasonable price. Faulty Product:

Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately. In addition to a detailed description of the problem we ask that you provide us with some images (or a short video clip) so that we can quickly proceed with the warranty process. Once approved by our customer service team we will contact you to confirm the process for the return, refund or replacement of the item.
